The story
Owner Tony Bowlin grew up in this trade — he learned septic in his family's company before earning his own licenses and building Gringo Pumping in Alice. Second-generation means the shortcuts were already unlearned a generation ago.
Tony is a veteran, and the company runs like it: show up when you said, do the whole job, charge what you quoted, and answer the phone at 2 AM because that's when tanks back up. Weekends cost the same as weekdays — that's a company rule, not a promotion.
