When you send the quote form, we collect what you type: your name, phone number, the town you pick, the service you're asking about, and any note you add. That's it — the form exists so we can call you back about your septic system.
When you call or text (361) 800-3929, your phone number appears on our phone like any other call or text.
We use your contact information to respond to your request, schedule and perform service, and follow up about work you've asked about (for example, a reminder that your tank is coming due for a pump-out). We do not sell your personal information, and we don't share it with anyone except the service providers that make this website and our scheduling work.
Quote-form submissions are processed and stored by our website hosting platform so we can receive them, and are kept only as long as we need them for scheduling and records.
This site doesn't run its own tracking cookies. Embedded services set their own: the Google Maps embeds on this site are served by Google and are covered by Google's privacy policy. If we run advertising campaigns, standard ad-measurement tools (such as Google's) may also set cookies to measure whether an ad led to a call or form — these measure ads, they don't read your personal files.
If you give us your number, we may text you about your own service (arrival updates, follow-ups, or a review request after a job). Reply STOP to any text and we'll stop.
