The service
A cable machine drills a hole through a clog. Jetting cleans the pipe. High-pressure water scours the entire inside wall of the line, cutting grease, flushing sludge and slicing roots — so the line isn't just open today, it's actually clean.

A snake is fine for a one-off soft clog. If the line re-clogs, runs slow everywhere, or carries restaurant grease, jetting is the fix that lasts — it cleans the pipe instead of piercing the blockage.
Not in sound pipe — pressure is matched to the line. If we suspect the pipe itself is compromised, we'll camera it first rather than guess.
