The service
Before any septic system can be permitted in Texas, a licensed Site Evaluator has to read the property: soil profile, seasonal water table, slopes, setbacks and available area. That report determines what kind of system you're allowed to build — and what it will cost.
Anthony holds a current TCEQ Site Evaluator license (OS0040287) alongside his Installer II license, which means the evaluation and the installation don't have to be two contractors pointing fingers at each other. One company reads the soil, designs to it, and stands behind the result.
